Brahmotsavam commenced on 12 September 2021,Sunday in Sri Devanathaswamy Temple at Thiruvaheendrapuram,near Cuddalore. Chitirai Brahmotsavam was postponed as per government rules due to pandemic situation and is celebrated currently.
Sri Devanathaperumal was in Thiruther Utsavam in the morning.Vishesha Thirumanjanam was performed for all the utsava murthy and alankaram was done for the purappadu on the ninth day morning.Sri Devanathaperumal,adorned beautifully with jewels and flowers,blesses the devotees, along with His consorts Sridevi and Bhoodevi during in Thiruther utsavam .
At night,Dwaja avarohanam was performed and panaka poojai was performed for Perumal,as a completion for the Brahmotsavam which was successfully performed in a grand manner,since 12 September 2021,without any hindrance,by the anugraham of Sri Devanathaswamy.
A Majestic walk by Perumal along with Sridevi,Bhoodevi during purappadu completing the utsavam was looking magnificent,blessing all the astikas and other devotees.
