Thirunakshatra mahotsavam celebrations of Sri Vedantha Desikan commenced on 06 October 2021 in a grand manner in Sri Srinivasa perumal koil at mylapore. Thirumanjanam, Alankaram, Aradhanam, Sattrumurai takes place.
On Day-3,Morning:- Srinivasaperumal was adorned on GarudazhwarSwamy, Desikan purappadu was like, he was having darshan of Garudasevai(Edhir Sevai). Alankaram was beautifully performed with various combinations of pushpam and abharanams. During the Purappadu, Swamy Desikan was honoured by Sri Sadari. During Garuda Sevai, Kainkaryaparas dedication while performing Oyyali was enthralling. The Nadhaswaram music played by musicians was pleasant to the ears and added to the grandeur.
