Karthikai Brahmotsavam commenced in a grand manner on 29 November 2021, with Ankurarpanam and Laksharchanai. On 30 November 2021, Dwajarohanam was conducted, followed by Snapana Thirumanjanam in the afternoon. Kumkum, Turmeric paste, sandal paste, and many other pooja things were used during thirumanjanam, followed by alankaram. In the evening, Thayar was adorned as Sri Rajagopalan Thirukolam in Darbar, with a flute in one his hand and the other hand blessing a cow and a calf at Her feet, with dayaa kataksham. This signifies that, As Thayar is Lokanayaki, jeeavathma who surrenders at Her feet will be blessed and taken care of, by Thayar and by Perumal, through Thayar’s reference.
Sathupadi was enthralling, giving a realistic look as Sri Gopalaswami in Raja darbar. Big flower garlands with combinations of white, red and green combinations added to beauty of Thayar. Thayar was mounted on Chinna Sesha Vahanam. Deepa Harathi was performed for thayar on five hooded Chinna Sesha Vahanam. Utsavam was conducted in the augment presence of Jeer Swami.
