Karthikai Brahmotsavam commenced in Sri Alarmelmangai Thayar Sannidhi, on 29 November 2021. Sri Padmavathi Thayar sathupadi was performed in different alankarams and gave darshan in different vahanams every day morning and at night.
Day-2, Morning, (02 December 2021): Thayar dressed up as Sri Adhilakshmi Thayar, was adorned in Muthupupandhal mandapam. The whole mandapam in which Thayar was seated was decorated with differenr sizes of pearls, which looked so fantastic. Thayar adorned in yellow silk saree, with Shankhu- Chakram and big garlands decorated with pearls, in Padmasana pose looked enthralling.
Due to pandemic situation, adhering to Government rules, utsavam is conducted inside the temple. Devotees had a blissful darshan and got the blessings of Thayar.
