Adhyayana Rapthu utsavam commenced in Sri Aravamudha Perumal temple at kumbakonam. Everyday, Vishesha alankaram, aradhanam was performed and purappadu took place inside the temple premises. On 30 December 2021, (day-5),as a special darshan, Sri komalavalli thayar samedha Sri Sarangapani perumal came in procession in the praharam and blessed the devotees.
Alankaram of Thayar and Perumal was performed beautifully.Thayar was adorned in beautiful blue colour silk saree with stone studded jadai, coral maalai, chain with perumal pendant, rathna kireedom, and beautiful kadambha maalai. Perumal was adorned beautifully with stone studded kireedom, thayar pendant, anklets-(salangai)adorning His lotus feet, Panchaayudham (chakram, Shankam, Gadhai, sarangam-bow, sword), with kadambha maalai sathupadi looked enthralling.
