On 01 January 2022, Plava varusham, Margazhi- 17, Saturday; kettai Nakshatram, Azhwar thirunakshatram was celebrated in a grand manner in Sri VaidyaVeeraraghavaswami temple at Tiruvallur. Vishesha alankaram, aradhanam and sattrumurai took place. Felicitation was done for Azhwar with maalai mariyaadhai. Purappadu of Perumal and Azhwar took place in the temple premises. Devotees had a blissful darshan of Perumal and Acharyal on New year day.
