Vaikunta Ekadasi utsavam was celebrated in a grand manner in Sri Amaruviappan Sannidhi at Therezhundur. Perumal purappadu took place and Perumal gave darshan to the awaited devotees by His entry through the “Paramapadha vaasal”. Alankaram was performed in an aesthetic manner in Rathnangi Sevai, with four ayudham out of His panchayudham were present, such as Shankam, chakram, gadhai, sarngam, along with His flute, with kili maalai which looked amazing. Devotees had a blissful darshan of Perumal on Vaikunta ekadasi.
