Adhyayana utsavam Rapathu commenced on 13 January 2022 in a grand manner in Sri Vidhya Rajagopalaswami temple at Rajamannargudi.
On 15 January 2022, the third day of Rapathu utsavam, kanu Paravettai of Sri Perumal took place. Perumal adorned in Raja Alankaram, Vedupari purappadu took place. Azhwars and Acharyal mangalasasanam was performed. In the morning, Srividhya thayar kanu purappadu took place. colourful rice balls were kept in turmeric leaves for kanu pongal in front of thayar.
Theerthavari took place in which Srisadari thirumanjanam was performed in Harithra river on Kanu Pongal day.
