“Thai Ther Bhoopathi thirunaal Utsavam,” commenced in a grand manner on 09 January 2022, with kodiyettram and maariyadhai by temple elephants, named Andal and Lakshmi in Sri Ranganathaswami temple at Srirangam.
On the seventh day of utsavam (15 january 2022), In the morning , kanu Paravettai utsavam took place in which Perumal came in procession on a Golden horse, adorned in Muthangi, with muthu abhayahastham, looked like a Chakravarthy on a hunt.
In the evening, “Nel Alavai” utsavam was performed, in which paddy produce was measured in front of SriRanganathar.
On Eighth day of Utsavam, (16 January 2022), In the morning, Perumal gave darshan in Rengavilasa mandapam.
In the evening, Namperumal came in procession in Golden Horse Vahanam, with beautiful alankaram, gave darshan to the devotees.
