On 09 February 2022, fifth and last sukravara of Thai month, Celebrations were in a grand manner for Sri Amirthavalli thayar iaran Sri Sowmya Damodaraperumal temple at Villivakkam. Thayar Purappadu took place in the inner praharams of the temple and Thayar came in procession with Big thirukodai along with parayana Goshti to Thotta utsava mandapam in the temple garden premises. Thayar adorned in decorated thotta utsava mandapam, along with parayanam and melodious nadhaswaram was a blissful Sukravara evening darshan for the devotees assembled.
