On, July 28, 2014; Jaya Varusha Aadi Ayilam, day 8 of Thiruvadipooram Utsavam celebrated grandly at Sri Vedantha Desikar Devasthanam (SVDD) Sri Srinivasa Perumal Temple, Mylapore, Chennai. On this occasion evening Sri Andal had snapana Thirumanjanam.In evening Asthanam took place for Sri Andal after that Satrumurai and Sevakalam took place. Several devotees participated in the Thirvadipooram Utsavam Day 8 and had the blessings of Divya Dampathis.
Meanwhile, on August 1, 2014, Jyeshtabhishekam is scheduled to take place for Sri Srinivasa Perumal and Thayar on Aadi Hastham. Astikas may make it convenient to attend this utsavam as well, as it a very special one at this temple.
