Panguni Brahmotsavam was celebrated in a grand manner at Mannargudi Sri Rajagopalaswami Temple. On April 2nd 2016, in the morning Sri Perumal had Raja Alangaram followed by Thiruveethi Purappadu on Pallakku. Then in the noon around 2.30 pm Visesha Thirumanjanam was performed for Sri Perumal at Yaanai Vahana Mandapam. Later in the evening Sri Perumal had Thiruveethi Purappadu on Rishya Mugha Parvatha Vahanam. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place with arulicheyal and veda parayana ghosti. Many devotees particiapted in the Utsavam and received the blessings of Sri Perumal.
