Perumal Roti

Wheat flour –  1 KG
Jaggery     – 500 gms
Rice Flour –  For dusting
Ghee        –  As per requirement

Method of Preparation
Step- I: Powder the Jaggery thoroughly without any lumps; While powdering, moisture  gets created that is sufficient for the next step.

Step- 2: Add Wheat flour and  mix it with a wooden ladle. No additional water is equired

Step- 3: Now dust the rice flour on to the base and flatten the dough with hands.

Step- 4: Fry the flattened dough in ghee for a few seconds (that looks like a Poori) without letting it become too brown.
