As part of the ongoing Brahmotsavam at Sri Ranganatha Perumal Thirukkoil, Thiruneermalai (which commenced  on May 3, 2012 and ends May 14), Perumal had purappadu on Yanai vahanam on the evening of Day 6 (May 9, 2012) and Thiruther on Day 7 morning (May 10, 2012).
