Residential Camp at Sri Mattapally Narasimha Swamy Kshetram, Mattapally
A residential camp was held at Sri Mattapally Kshetram, Andhra Pradesh in the premises of Sri Mukkur Lakshmi Narasimha Swami Yagna Vaatika from 19-10-12 to 22-10-12 in a very grand manner.15 students right from fifth class to final year engineering have participated in the camp. Sri Balaji Ankem, Sri Lakshmi Narasimhan and Smt Ushashree Rangarajan conducted the camp efficiently under the guidance of Sri U.Ve.E.S.Mukundan Swami.Students were taught Sanskrit classes, mathematic puzzles, various Bhajans, general knowledge etc.A trekking competition to Bharadwaja Maharshi caves was also conducted. It was thrill for all the students to take bath in the Krishna river adjoining Sri Mattapally Lakshmi Narasimha Swamy temple.Students danced in ecstasy during Bhajans in front of Sri Mukkur Lakshmi Narasimhaachariar Swamy. All the participants were provided with delicious prasadam time to time by Sri Srinu mama.Archakar Sri Srivatsan Swamy served the food with utmost affection. Students were moved when they saw Mohd Jaani showering his love on the 37 cows present in the goshala. Mohd Jaani the lonely care taker of goshala at Shri Mattapally Narahari nivasam said that his love for the cows has no bounds mainly due to the grace of Sri Mukkur Lakshmi Narasimhaachariar swamy. Smt and Sri Narayanan the present caretakers of Mukkur Narahari guest house took part in all the activities of the camp.Sri U.Ve.E.S.Mukundan Swami thanked all the members of the Narasimha Yagna trust for all the facilities given to the participants.
