Pavithrotsavam Commences at New Delhi Sri Vaikuntanathji Mandir

With the benign grace of the Divya Dampathis and the blessings of HH Srimad Andavan Sri Rangaramanuja Mahadesikan, the fourth annual Pavithrotsavam commenced yesterday (August 15, 2013) at Sri Vaikuntanathji Mandir, New Delhi. The four-day utsavam will conclude on August 18th, 2013.Thereafter, on August 25th, the annual Maha Nivedanam (Anna Koototsavam) is scheduled to take place.

On August 15th morning, thirumanjanam was performed to the utsavar along with the ubhaya nachiyars. In the evening, Ankurarpanam and Soma Kumba sthapanam took place along with vedam and prabhanda parayanam.

Today morning (August 16), pavithra samarpanam to the divyamangala vigrahams at the thirukkoil, poornahuti, sathumurai and ghoshti took place. In the evening, homam, poornahuti, sathurmurai and ghoshti is scheduled to take place.
