As part of the ongoing Brahmotsavam at Sri Oppiliappan Pattabhisheka Ramar Temple, Puzhudivakkam, Madipakkam, Chennai, today (September 9th, 2013) is Day 2 of the utsavam. There was Kedayam purappadu for Perumal and Thayar.
The utsavam will take place till September 17th and thereafter, 3-day Vidayatri utsavam will take place from September 18th to 20th, 2013.
