The ongoing Swami Desikan Thirunakshatra Mahotsavam at Nagai Sri Lakshmi Narasimhan, Sri Nigamantha Mahadesikan Sannidhi at Nagapattinam, concluded today October 12, 2013, with Periya Satrumurai. The Divya Desa Mariyadhai from Sri Soundarraja Perumal temple arrived for Swami Desikan today. Tomorrow Vidaiyatri utsavam will be celebrated.
The Mahotsavam commenced on October 4th, 2013 and will take place for 10 day until 13th of October 2013. Sri Lakshmi Narasimhan Sannidhi  is located at Sri Soundaryaraja Perumal East Maada Veethi. Astikas of this Divya Desam call this temple as ‘Sri Desikar Koil’. This Sannidhi was established in the year 1877 by HH Sri Sadagopa Yathindra Mahadesikan, the 33rd Jeeyar of Sri Ahobila Mutt.
