As part of the ongoing Brahmotsavam at Sri Parthasarathy Perumal Koil, Thiruvallikeni, Chennai, which commenced on April 15, 2014, being Day 5 Sri Parthasarathy Perumal had purappadu on Pallaku in Nachiyar Thirukolam on April 19, 2014 morning; Jaya Varusham Chitrai Kettai. Perumal proceeded along with a grand arulicheyal ghoshti and veda parayanam ghoshti in the thirumaada veedhis of Thiruvallikeni. Perumal in Nachiyar Thiukolam on Day 5 adorned all the ornaments of Mahalakshmi and sat in a beautiful posture with one hand over the knee and other in Abhayahastham. Perumal was glittering and was a treat for the devotees to see HIS thirumeni. Several devotees participated in the utsavam and received Sri Parthasarathy Perumal’s blessings.
