The annual Vaikasi Brahmotsavam is scheduled to be celebrated in grand manner at Sri Sowmya Damodara Perumal temple, Villivakkam, Chennai. The brahmotsavam will take place for 10 days, which commence on 18 may 2014 and take place until 29 may 2014. The Flag hoisting will take place on 29th may 2014 from this day until 29th may everyday purappadu will take place in the  morning and evening. All astikas nearby are invited to attend in more numbers and get the blessings of Divyadampatis
