Swami Koorathazhwan Avathara Thirunakshatram took place in a grand manner at Sri Veeraraghava Perumal Temple, Thiruvallur Divyadesam. On January 29th 2016, being Hastham, Sri Veeraraghava Perumal along with His Consorts and Swami Koorathazhwan had Thiruveethi Purappadu and asthanam at new chariot mandapam. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place with arulicheyal and parayana ghosti. Several Bakthas participated in the purappadu and received the blessings of Divyadampathis and Swami Koorathazhwan.
