Aani Brahmotsavam for Sri Thelliyasingar at Sri Parthasarathy Swamy Thirukovil, Thiruvallikkeni, commenced on July 3, 2017 (Hevilambi Aani Swathi). On the previous days, Ankurarpanam and Senai Mudalvar purappadu took place.
On Day 1 (July 3, 2017), Perumal and Nachiyars had thiruveedi purappadu on kedayam in the morning. In the evening, due to light rains, vahana purappadu did not take place. On Day 2 (July 4, 2017), Thelliyasingar and Nachiyars were wonderfully ornamented and gave darshan to devotees on Sesha Vahanam. In the evening, Perumal rode the Simha vahanam through the mada veedhis. On Day 3 morning (July 5, 2017), Garuda Sevai took place grandly. Many devotees took part in the utsavam and received the blessings of the Divya Dampathis.
