On ,19 January 2018, Hevilambi Varusha Thai Avittam; Sri Perundhevi Thayar Purappadu took place at Sri Varadharaja Perumal Temple, Kanchipuram. Being Thai Velli Kizhamai ( Sukravaram) In the evening Sri Perundhevi Thayar Purappadu to Durai Garden (thottam) took place in grand manner, There Thayar gave beautiful darshan with Adaikalapatthu Haaram in oonjal Sevai. Several Srivaishnavas took part in Goshti Parayanam during purappadu. Lot of astikas took part in the Thayar Sukravara Purappadu and had the blessings of Sri Perundhevi Thayar.
