On March 4, 2018 (Hevilambi Masi Hastham), Dhavana Utsavam was conducted in grand manner for Sri Gajendra Varadar at Thiruvallikeni. In the morning, Purappadu took place for Sri Gajendra Varadar along with Ubhaya Nachiyars followed by Thirumanjanam in midst of fragrant dhavanam. Several Astikas participated in the utsavam and had the blessings of Sri Gajendra Varadar.
