Day- 7: Brahmotsavam:-Morning: Vennaithazi(Pot filled with butter)-Sri Krishnan Thirukkolam.
Brahmotsavam commenced on 12 September 2021,Sunday in Sri Devanathaswamy Temple at Thiruvaheendrapuram,near Cuddalore. Chitirai Brahmotsavam was postponed as per government rules due to pandemic situation and is celebrated currently.
Morning, during Purappadu; Sri Devanathaperumal was in Sri Krishnan with Vennaithazhi.Sri Devanathaperumal in the disguise of SriKrishnan,with a parrot in his right hand and Vennaithazhi in his left hand,adorned beautifully with jewels and flowers in his hair style(kondai)and his posture is like a crawling baby with anklets in his legs.Photos captured during the utsavam is shared below:
