Thirunakshatra mahotsavam celebrations of Sri Vedantha Desikan commenced on 06 October 2021 in a grand manner in Sri Desikan Sannidhi at Thiruvaheendrapuram. Due to pandemic situation, though thiuveedhipurappadu couldnot be performed ,purappadu took place inside the temple premises. Alankaram, Aradhanam, Sattrumurai takes place everyday enthusiastically.
On Day-7 evening, Swami was adorned as Sri kaliyan Thirukolam. Periya Thirumozhi commenced this day. Alankaram was beautifully performed with various combinations of pushpam and abharanams.
On day 8 evening, Swamy adorned Sri Ramar Thirukolam, which looked majestic.
