Pallavarayan Pettai Mahotsavam commenced during Navaratri, on 07 October 2021, in Sri Parimala Rangan shrine at Thiruindhalur. Every day, Perumal and thayar were adorned in different alankarams in a very beautiful manner. The Purappadu of Perumal with two huge umbrellas looked so fantastic and graceful.
Perumal with His consorts, were adorned in different alankaram with silk garments and many thiruvabharanams and flower garlands of different colours and varieties.on Day-1, Dwajarohanam was held hoisting the holy flag marking the event of commencement of utsavam. Mahotsavam was celebrated in a grand manner with different alsnkaram like, Alila leaf SriKrishna, Navaneetha Krishna, Pattabhisheka SriRamar, Nachiyar thirukolam, Kalinga narthanam Sri Krishna and finally, on Day-10, Perumal was mounted on Horse Vahanam. Divya dampathis blessed the assembled devotees during the majestic purappadu every day.Utsavam concluded on Vijayadasami day with horse ride of Perumal.
