Today, Karthikai Anusham, Sri Thatha Desikan Swami Thirunakshatram was celebrated in a grand manner in the morning. Rettai Purappadu of Sri Perarulalan and Sri Perundevi Thayar took place and reached Desikan sannidhi. Felicitation was done for Sri Thatha Desikan Swami by the Divya dampathis and Swami Desikan.
Swami’s Vaibhavam:
Swami had taken aggressive steps to fight against the anti-sampradaik forces. He took strong steps and established Sri Ramanujacharya’s and Sri Vedantha Desikan’s principles in various temples across the state, regarding Aradhana Kramam. He had contributed for the golden vimanam in Thirumalai and Srirangam, and constructed 100 pillars in Kanchipuram Sri Varadharajaperumal temple. Apart from these, his contribution is immense to Sri Vaishnava Sampradayam which cannot be numbered.
Many devotees thronged the place from various other places across the state to participate in this utsavam.
