Adhyayana Utsavam commenced in an enthusiastic manner in Sri Devanathaswami temple at Thiruvaheendrapuram on 03 January 2022. All the twelve azhwars and Sri Vedantha Desikan graces thirumamanimandapam during adhyayana utsavam, in the augment presence of Perumal.
Perumal adorned kemp(rathnam)stone studded Kireedom, mango haram, hair accessories, thiruvadi, rathna kili in His senkol and white stone studded Abhaya Hastham.
Floral Sathupadi excelled the beauty of Thiruvabharanam sathupadi. Big Vrikshi maalai, samadhi maalai, rose garland looked enthralling. The huge kadambha maalai, which covered from perumal till the mandapam in which perumal was in asthanam.
While having darshan of Sri Vedantha Desikan, devotees can also have Kannadi sevai of azhwars, which looked wonderful. (Acharyal darshan at a time). A portion of Nalaiyira Divya Prabhandam Parayanam took place.
After the day’s utsavam, later in the evening, Perumal Purappadu took place to reach back to Moolasthanam. Perumal covered with a blue shawl, along with parayana Goshti and pleasant nadhaswaram music looked enthralling. Many astikas participated in the Second day of Adhayayana utsavam. Devotees had a blissful darshan of Perumal, Azhwars and Acharyal.
