Pagalpathu utsavam was celebrated in a very grand manner in Sri Parampara adheena Ahobila mutt, Sri Veeraraghavaswami temple at Tiruvallur.
On day-6, (08 January 2022), Perumal purappadu took place inside the temple premises, along with 41th Pontiff Azhagiyasingar of Ahobila mutt, Srivann Satakopa Sri Lakshmi Nrisimha Satakopa Yatheendra Mahadesikan Swami.
8th January 2022, Margazhi Poorattadhi, being Azhagiyasingar thirunakshatram; Alankaram, Sattrumurai, Purappadu took place for 41st Azhagiyasingar which was performed with religious fervour. Many astikas participated enthusiastically and got the blessings of Divya Dampathis and Acharyal.
On day-7, (09 January 2022), Thirumangai Azhwar Mangalasasanam was performed and the hymns sung by Thirumangaiazhwar were recited. Felicitation was done for Azhwar by adorning with parivattam and maalai mariyadhai from Divya Dampathis.
