Rapathu Adhyayana utsavam commenced in Sri Mayuravalli samedha Sri Adhikesava Perumal temple at Mylapore. Everyday, Alankaram was beautifully performed for Perumal along with his consorts, Sridevi, Bhoodevi and all the Azhwars. Vishesha alankaram, aradhanam were performed and recitation of Thiruvaimozhi took place by the Parayana Goshti in the augment presence of Perumal and azhwars were assembled under the leadership of Nammazhwar. All the Azhwars were felicitated by maalai mariyadhai and SriSadari.
On day-1,(13th january 2022) Perumal was adorned with Pandian kondai, stone studded thiruvabharanams, ear kavacham, haram, along with beautiful sampanki garland.
On day-2,(14th january 2022) Perumal adorned in Vaira-mudi Sevai.
On day-3,(15 january 2022) Perumal and ubhaya nachiyars were adorned in muthangi sevai.
On day-4,(16 January 2022) Perumal was adorned in Chakravarthy thirukolam with Raja kireedom. Purappadu took place inside the temple premises.
Devotees had a blissful darshan in all the four days of Rapathu utsavam.
