Brahmotsavam commenced on 13th May 2022 in a grand a manner in Sri Srinivasa Varadharaja Perumal temple at Tondiarpet, with Dwajarohanam in the morning and Chandraprabhai vahanam in the evening.
On 14th May 2022, second day morning, Perumal gave darshan on Pot festival. In the evening, Perumal gave darshan on Simha vahanam.
On 15th May 2022, third day of utsavam, in the morning, devotees had an enthralling moment during Perumal GarudaSevai. Perumal purappadu took place on Yaali vahanam at night.
On 16th May 2022, in the morning, Perumal gave darshan on Surya Prabhai vahanam and Perumal purappadu took place on Sesha vahanam in the night.
