As a part of ongoing pavithrotsavam, at Azhwar Thirunagari, Sri Aadhinathar temple, the 7th day was celebrated grandly on 29th August 2018 (Aavani-Uthirattadhi). For that event, Sri Aadhinathar had an astonishing alankaram with pavithrams and tri-color garlands of rose, thulasi and jasmine. On that evening, procession was held on golden Aswa vahanam around the madaveethis.
On 5th day of Utsavam(27.08.2018), the madaveethi purappadu of Perumal was taken place on Golden Garuda vahanam for Perumal and Velli Hamsa vahanam for Swami Nammazhwar. The next day’s highlight was the velli yaanai vahanam in which the madaveethi purappadu of Sri Perumal took place. Several devotees participated in the event and received the blessings of the Divyathambathis and Azhwar.
