As a part of ongoing Vijya varsuha Thiradyayana utsavam at Sri Sarangapani Temple, Kumabakonam, today, December 25, 2013, patham thirunal Pagal Pathu Satrumurai took place. Peria Thirumozhi, Ettam Thirumozhi pasurams were recited and Thirumangai Azhwar Thiruvadi Thozhal was performed.
After ThiruAaradhanam, harathi was done along with the recitation of Thiru Nedunthandaham and Thiru Kurunthandaham. A large number of devotees attended the function and received the blessings of Sri Thirumangai Azhwar and Sri Abaryapthamirthan.
Srirangam Srimath Andavan Ashramam takes care of the ubhayam of this day’s utsavam. Several varieties of prasadams were prepared and offered to Sri Aaravamudhan and to all the Azhwars and Acharyas. Temple honors were received by Sri U.Ve.Samam Sundara Desikachar, Aaradhahar and Sri U.Ve.Muralidharan, Manager of Srirangam Srimath Aandavan Ashram, Thirukkudanthai on behalf of HH Srimath Andavan.
Ghosti viniyogam was done to the gathered devotees.
