On 23 April 2014, Jaya Varusham Chitirai Sravanam; Being Sravanam, Perumal Purappadu happens in grand manner. In the evening Perumal Purappadu Happens in the Streets of Aminjikarai. The next Sravanam on this temple is the 9th day of Vaikasi Brahmotsavam, on this day Perumal Theerthavari will take place at aminjikarai temple.Lot of astikas took part in the Purappadu and had the blessings of divyadampatis.
