On June 20, 2014; Jaya Varusha Aani Uthirattadhi, being Friday, Vellikizhamai purappadu for Sri Perundevi Thayar took place well at Sri Varadaraja Perumal Temple, Kanchipuram. Thayar in resplendent blue vastram and pushpa alankaram blessed the devotees with all Her Kaarunyam. Several devotees participated in the purappadu.
