On August 19, 2014, Jaya Varusha Avani Rohini, Uriyadi Utsavam was celebrated in a grand manner at Tirumala Sri Malayappaswamy Temple . On this occasion in the afternoon Sri Malayappa Swamy along with Sri Krishnar had Thiruveethi Purappadu Uriyadi took place in front of the temple after that Perumal and Sri Krishnar had Mandakapadi at various mutts starting from Tirumala Sri Periya Jeeyar Mutt.Lot of astikas took part in the Uriyadi Utsavam and had the blessings of Sri Krishnar and Sri Malayappaswamy.
