As part of the ThiruPavithrothsavam at Thirumandangudi Sri Ranganatha Perumal Temple Avathra Sthalam of Sri Thondar Adipodi Azhwar which commenced on August 17 th.On Day 1 and 2 morning ThiruPavithrothsavam homam satrumurai Sevakalam took place and in the evening thiruveethi purappadu took place for Serthi Purappadu took place for Sri Ranganatha Perumal and Sri Thondar Adipodi Azhwar after that ThiruPavithrothsavam homam took place.Prior to this on August 16 th ThiruPavithrothsava ankurarpanam held in the evening Viswaksenar Aaradhanam took place.Several devotees took part in the Pavithrothsavam and had the blessings of Divya Dampatis.
