Swami Desikan’s Thirunakshatram was celebrated in a grand manner for 10 days from September 25th to 4th October 2014 at Sri Kothandaramaswamy Temple, Vaduvur. There was purappadu for Swami Desikan in various vahanams during the 10-day utsavam.
10 Days Sri Desikar Utsavam concluded at Vaduvur Kothandaramaswamy Temple on Oct 4, 2014. On September 30, 2014 (Day 6), special Thirupavadai utsavam was performed at Sri Ahobila Mutt in the presence of the Divya Thambathis.
