On, 21 October 2014, Jaya varusha Aippasi Sravanam; Poigai Azhwar Avatara utsavam concludes in a very grand manner at Azhwar’s avathara sthalam Thiruvekka Sri Yathokthakari Swamy Thirukkoil. On this occasion in the early morning , Poigai Azhwaar did Mangalasasanam to Sri Yathokthakari Perumal, As aippasi sravanam is also Thirunakshatra dhinam of Sri Pillai Lokacharyar, Purappadu for Poigai azhwar and Pillai Lokacharyar took plac in thanga pallakku in the temple streets of Thiruvekka. Later in the afternoon, Thirumanjanam was performed to Poigai Azhwar, Pillai Lokacharyar and Divya Dampatis Lot of astikas took part in the Poigai Azhwar Avathara Utsavam and had the blessings of Azhwar, Acharya and Divyadampatis.
