Masi Sravana Thirumanjanam and Purappadu took place in a grand manner at Kanchi Sri Devarajaswami Temple. On March 6th 2016, in the morning Swami Desikan had Purappadu followed by Thirumanjanam for Sri Perumal with His Ubhaya Nachiyars and Swami Desikan. Later in the evening Sri Perumal along with His Consorts had Thiruveethi Purappadu followed by asthanam. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place with arulicheyal and veda parayana ghosti. Many Bakthas participated in the Thirumanjanam and Purappadu and received the blessings of Divyadampathis.
