Thirukalyana Mahotsavam took place on Panguni Uthiram in a grand manner at Vaduvur Sri Kothandaramaswamy Temple. On March 22nd 2016, in the evening Sri Ramar had Yaanai Vahana Alangaram followed by Thiruveethi Purappadu. On March 23rd 2016, in the morning Thirukalyanam was performed with grand arulicheyal and veda parayana ghosti. Later in the evening Sri Ramar and Sita had Thiruveethi Purappadu. Hundreds of devotees particiapted in the Thirukalyana Mahotsavam and received the blessings of Divyadampathis.
