On 2nd October 2016, Durmukhi Varusha Purattasi Chithirai, is the day 1 of Navarathri Utsavam for Sri Amirthavalli Thayar at Sri AzhagiyaSingaPerumal Temple,Thiruvelukkai, Kanchipuram.In the evening, Thayar Ull Purapadu took place in grand manner followed by Sri Mukundanayagan and Sri Amirthavalli Thayar Asthanam in Kannadi Arai. All Astikas are Invited to attend the Navarathri Utsavam and get the blessings of Amirthavalli Thayar and Sri Mukundanayaga Perumal. Lot of astikas took part in the day 1 of Navarathri utsavam and had the blessings of Divya Dampatis.
