On, 20 October 2016, Durmukhi Varusha Purattasi Rohini ; ThiruPavithrotsavam concludes in a grand manner at Sri Lakshmi Narasimha Swami Temple, Lower Ahobilam. On the last day homam was conducted in the morning from 8.30 a.m to 9.30 a.m followed by Goshti parayanam. The pavithrotsvam took place in the presence of H.H 46th Srimath Azhagiyasingar, Srivan Sathakopa Sri Ranganatha Yathindra Maha Desikan.In the evening Gramothsavam was conducted with thiruveedhi purappadu followed by nithya pooja and Mahapoornahuthi was done around 9.30 p.m. Then in the midnight 11.00 p.m Thirumanjanam was performed followed by Prokshanam, finally the utsavam concludes with Gosthi & Satrumurai . Several Astikas took part in the last day & of Pavithrotsavam and had the blessings of Divyadampatis.
