On, 16 October 2016, Durmukhi Varusha Purattasi Revathi,Day 2 of ThiruPavithrotsavam was celebrated in a grand manner at Ponpathirkoodam Sri Chaturbuja Ramar Temple near to Chengalpet .In the morning Homam was done amidst of arulicheyal and veda ghosti followed by Thiru Pavithra Samarpanai. Later Thirumanjanam was Performed to Seetha Lakshmana Hanumatha Sametha Chathurbuja Ramar in glorious manner. Several Astikas took part in the morning thirumanjanam on day 2 of ThiruPavithrotsavam and had the blessings of Divyadampatis.
