On December 27th 2016, Margazhi Kettai, Thondaradipodi Azhwar Avathara Utsavam was celebrated in a grand manner at Arumbakkam Sri Satyavaradaraja Perumal Temple. On this occasion, Sri Perumal with His Consorts and Sri Thayar gave beautiful dharshan along with Thondaradipodi Azhwar. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place with arulicheyal and veda parayana ghosti. Many devotees participated in the Avathara Utsavam and received the blessings of Divyadampathis and Azhwar.
