On November 17, 2014; Jaya Varusha Karthikai Pooram ; being the first day of vrishika month, purappadu for Sri Devaperumal with his consorts took place at Sri Varadaraja Perumal temple, Kanchipuram. In the evening around 5.00 p.m, Perumal with his consorts Thiruveedhi purappadu to Sannadhi street and then to thiruvadi kovil. Lot of Srivaishnavas participated in the gosthi during thiruveedhi purappadu. Several Devotees participated in the purappadu and received the blessings of the Divya Dampathis.
