As part of the ongoing Navarathri Utsavam at Sri Devaperumal Sannidhi, Kanchipuram, Day 8 celebrations took place on October 19 2015. In the morning around 9.30 a.m, Thirumanjanam was performed to Sri Perundhevi Thayar In the evening around 7.00 p.m, Sri Devaperumal with his consorts along with Sri Perundhevi Thayar purappadu to Nootrukal mandapam, and get downs at oonjal mandapam for Oonjal Sevai . Sri Devaperumal gave scintillating darshan in Venkadathri Kondai with Thanga Thazhampoo. In the mandapam Perumal, Thayar thiruvaradhanam, nivedhanam followed by Theertham, Satari and Goshti. Later Padiyettram and Thayar returned to Kannadi Arai, then Perumal Thayar Serthi Arai Sevai. Several Astikas took part in the day 7 of Navarathri utsavam and had the blessings of Divyadampatis
