Vedupari Utsavam was celebrated on the 8th day of Panguni Brahmotsavam in a grand manner at Thirukurungudi Sri Azhagiya Nambi Temple. On March 31st 2016, in the morning Sri Perumal had Thiruveethi Purappadu on Pallakku. Later Sri Perumal had Kudhirai Vahana Alangaram followed by Purappadu. Then in the evening Vedupari Utsavam was performed well. Grand satrumurai and sevakalam took place with arulicheyal and veda parayana ghosti. Many devotees participated in the Brahmotsavam and received the blessings of Sri Perumal.
