On, 11 October 2016, Durmukhi varusha Purattasi Sravanam, Swami Desikan Thirunakshatra utsavam commences in grand manner at Srinivasa Perumal Temple Swami Desikan Sannadhi , Sriperumbudur.On the first day morning Thirumanjanam for Srinivasa Perumal and Swami Desikan waas performed grandly. For the Consecutive 4 days Swami Desikan Asthanam in the mandapam with Sevakalam and Satrumurai. Lot of astikas took part in the day 1 to 4 of Swami Desikan Thirunakshatra utsavam and had the blessings of Acharya & Perumal.
